I am a somatic therapist who specializes in working with highly-sensitive people.

This course was created as an introduction to understanding anxiety & boundaries & how to practically begin to take action in your life to make change & reclaim your energy.

It’s important to me to create access for those who may not be ready for therapy or who enjoy working on their own for a period of time.

Within this course is an energy pacing system that I have adapted from spoon theory for Neurodivergent folks.

I call it The Cups System & it is highly customizable for your needs. I encourage course participants to make it your own.

ADD ON ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS & PERMISSION FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

One-on-One sessions are offered in 2 frequencies:

  • Five 50-Minute sessions over 4 months

  • Twelve 75-Minute sessions over 12 months

For Professionals: You can also add-on permission to use the course PDFs with your clients.

  • This is a self-paced course, so you can go through as quickly or slowly as you want. I RECOMMEND TAKING ABOUT 4 MONTHS or more. It’s not enough to read through the materials. The practices must be applied.

  • No. This course will not replace therapy, but can be a great compliment or a nice way to begin building resources for yourself while you choose other supports for yourself.

  • You will have access to the course for 1 year from your sign-up date. You can also download & save materials.

    I think it’s good not to have “life time” access, so that there is a time boundary…otherwise, sometimes we won’t value doing the work sooner, rather than later.
