Counseling at the Crossroads

To be at a Crossroads is to recognize choice is a privilege & it’s an opportunity to be courageous & aline with your truth. A Crossroads is a time to practice agency!

A Crossroads is not a rare thing…they are everywhere, they appear in every minute of every day. They are signaled from outside you & they are present in your mind.

living in the in-between…

Right now you are in the “in-between,” which contains all possibilities. In this space you may ask yourself if you really need help, if it’s really that bad, etc.

Whatever choices you make, I invite you to be open to ALL that is possible & that you have AGENCY…you have a say in what happens next.

What will you do with your precious life, your human ability to be consciously aware?

  • you don’t want fear to run your life

  • you want to feel your life is worth living

  • you don’t want to feel stuck any longer

  • you want to feel more “you”

  • you want more fulfillment in your relationships

  • you want to express your truth

  • you need support integrating what has happened to you

  • you don’t want to repeat the same patterns again & again

  • you want to feel peace

  • you want to feel joy

  • you don’t want the weight of the world on your shoulders

  • you want more trust in yourself

  • you want to be more kind to yourself

  • you want to feel free

why engage in therapy…

I am NOT talking about optimization!

FUCK OPTIMIZATION!

I am talking about protecting & expressing (y)our HUMAN-NESS!

with the state-of-the-world…is going to therapy an indulgence?

We all need more support right now.

It’s not for me to say what is frivolous luxury.

What I believe is that in times of strife & dissolution, it is those who are conscientious, creative & grounded who are poised to lead & inspire others into a new age or a new way.

Humanity is at an intense threshold.

We have no choice but to come together & remember our humanity, our empathy.

Whatever support you choose…make it substantial…make it count!

Being Human…

“And now I understand something so frightening and wonderful- how the mind clings to the road it knows, rushing through crossroads, sticking like lint to the familiar."

”You do not have to be good./ You do not have to walk on your knees/ for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting./ You only have to let the soft animal of your body/ love what it loves.”

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
